Here is a brief “Joy for Others” meditation:

In the morning, recite:

“I look forward to seeing the happiness, kindness and success of others.” x7

During the course of the day, look for and when you see someone flourishing, recite:

“I am happy to see this happiness.”
or
“I am happy to see this kindness.”
or
“I am happy to see this success.”
