Hi Everybody, our first Sunday Morning meditation will be January 6th at 10:30 am at Arrive Yoga and Mindfulness, 105 Wyndham St. North. It is drop-in and by donation. All are welcome!
I will also be starting my six week “Introduction to Meditation” series on January 7th at 7:30 pm, same location and it is $84 plus HST.
Finally, Jacqueline and I are starting an ongoing Buddhist meditation session on Wednesday nights at 7:30 – 8:45 pm at Arrive. It is drop-in and by donation. This group is intended for people who have an ongoing meditation practice. It doesn’t have to be perfect but it has to be steady. The sit will be 40 – 45 minutes long.
