Storing Some Sunshine

In the evening,

Recite three times: “I am grateful for the good things of this day.”

 

Then think of three or four examples from the day and say:

 

I am grateful for:

having a roof over my head on this cold day,

my friend’s forgiveness,

my delicious breakfast,

the funny movie that made me laugh

and my warm comfortable bed .”

Maybe close with “May these good things ripen upon all beings.”
