Hi, My name is Ken Hood. I have been studying, practicing and teaching meditation/mindtraining for 30 years in the community of Guelph Ontario. I have also been a bookseller for 36 years at The Bookshelf. Anyway, it’s time for me to write my book. I have a well honed framework and lots of notes. It will be a sequence of simple and practical meditations filled with inspiring quotes and spare instructions designed to help you meet the challenges of your life and to elevate your mental game. I will use your money carefully to: secure two writing days per week at minimum wage for a year and a half; pay for simple illustrations and any other incidental production costs. In a time of so much distraction and distress, it is becoming more and more clear that we need to be taking care of our minds so that we can be more calm, connected, happy and effective.
